LOT EVALUATION
A new build starts with a lot. If you are still searching for that perfect plot of land, we evaluate your potential lots so you don’t miss any of the key considerations when purchasing. Slope, directional facing, and exact location are just a few of the determining factors to examine. We want to make sure that you get the best bang for your buck. Ask about our complimentary lot evaluation.
DESIGN YOUR DREAM HOME

Once you have purchased your land, it’s time to start drawing up your dream home. During this time, we talk extensively about the budget, and go through our detailed 18-page specifications sheet.

BUILDING TO FRUITION
Once the permits have been pulled, and everything is squared up with the city or township we start building. During this time, we will be in constant communication with you, so you always know where your home is in the construction process.
MOVE IN DAY
