THE EAST BAY LOOKOUT

The homeowners were through our parade of homes for 5 or 6 years and continued to tell us that when the time comes “we want you to build our dream home.” When that time finally came, we dealt with major issues from the township. The local township said that we couldn’t build on their property because there were issues of not allowing a split, off their farm property. Luckily, our experience in dealing with different municipal governments proved worth, and we were able to challenge the township, and we ultimately got approval in just two months. We worked with the homeowners through the design stage and developed specifications for building their dream home. Today they are living out their dream of owning a custom-built home on East Bay.

CURB APPEAL

This custom-built home on East Bay did present us with some challenges, but in the end could not have turned out any better. The craftsman-style decorative columns add depth to the front porch, and a two car garage the exterior of this home is truly a work of art, and one that we were proud to build.

BIG BACKYARD

The water side of this home features a large deck with stairs that lead down to the backyard. The lower terrace can also be accessed by the walk-out lower level. Large picture windows provide this family with a scenic view of East Bay that they can enjoy from multiple rooms in their home.
