You can find our work located all over Traverse City and its surrounding area. For the last 35 years, we’ve been building custom full-time homes, vacation homes, retirement homes, condos, and performing both residential and commercial remodels both large and small in Traverse City and on Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsula. In fact, over the last 35 plus years, we’ve completed over 100 projects on Old Mission Peninsula alone.
Each year you can find at least one of our homes to be featured in the Traverse City Parade of Homes. It is with great pleasure and humility that we are featured year in and year out. We stand behind each and everyone one of our custom home builds, and love that people, other than the homeowners, have a chance to see some of our custom workmanship.
