1.START OFFER & LOT EVALUATION
If you have not yet bought a lot, we will evaluate the lots you are considering. There are many things to consider when purchasing a lot. Slope, directional facing, exact location among other things are all determining factors. We want to make sure that you get the best bang for your buck.
2.DESIGN YOUR DREAM HOME
Once you have purchased your land, it’s time to start talking about your dream home and start drawing it up. During this time, we will talk extensively about the budget, and go through our specifics sheet.
3.BUILDING TO FRUITION
Once the permits have been pulled, and everything is squared up with the city or township we start building. Before we start every build, we guarantee a completion date. If we don’t hit that date, we will pay you back of the quoted price of your home. During this time, we will be in constant communication with you, so you understand where your home is at in terms of construction.
4.MOVE IN DAY
Finally, your home is done. The emotional roller coaster is over. Before you move in, we will do one final walk through with you to make sure that everything is perfect, and you’ll finally get the keys to your dream home.
